Cameron Radziwon
Cameron Radziwon combines analytical and creative thinking to solve complex problems. As Chief of Staff, Cameron is a key member of Sanderson’s executive office, supporting leadership in daily tasks and execution of firm-wide initiatives. From his prior career in commercial banking, Cameron brings data analytics, strategic planning, and enterprise development experience to promote the firm’s growth. In joining Sanderson in 2022, he was attracted to our tight-knit culture and forward-thinking mindset. Previously, Cameron served as Assistant Vice President for Commercial Banking at M&T Bank. He earned his B.A. in mathematics and economics from Hamilton College, where he was a member of the hockey team. He continues his passion for the sport as a volunteer coach with youth hockey teams and clinics. Cameron is a resident of the city of Buffalo and enjoys golfing in his free time.
